WHO
A growth operator who stays with the decision.
Timur Grigorchuk founded Megawebvision in Montreal in 2009. For more than two decades he has worked on the path between attention and revenue for regional and mid-market businesses in Canada and the United States: home services, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, healthcare and specialty retail.
His work starts from one question: which stage of the customer lifecycle is limiting revenue right now. Demand, conversion, retention or customer intelligence. The answer decides what gets built, what gets measured and what is left alone.

What he owns in an engagement
Megawebvision does not hand strategy to a junior delivery layer. Timur owns the diagnosis, the choice of the single constraint to work on, the intervention plan, and the readout that shows leadership what changed and what to decide next.
- The commercial question: which result is not moving and why it matters now.
- The constraint: one stage, named with evidence, before any channel is added.
- The intervention: only the capabilities the evidence requires.
- The readout: what changed, in numbers leadership can act on.
Operating standard
Senior judgment stays close to commercial consequence. A broken handoff will eat a good strategy, so the path from qualified demand through conversion, fulfillment and retention is traced before pressure is added. Evidence that does not change a decision is decoration. Automation without an accountable owner only hides risk.
That standard is also why Megawebvision runs its own AI operations under explicit boundaries. Read more on governed AI operations and the growth system approach.
