Effective 2026-10-07. Megawebvision Inc. (“Megawebvision”, “we”) is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and is the organization responsible for personal information collected through megawebvision.com.
What we collect
Diagnostic requests
When you submit the growth diagnostic form (in the site's form panel or at /find-the-constraint) we collect your name, work email, company, website, role, monthly marketing spend range, the constraint you selected, any note you choose to add, and the page you sent it from. We use it to assess whether Megawebvision is the right operator for the problem and to reply to you. Submissions are delivered to our CRM and mailbox through a secured connection.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to measure how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, referring source and interactions such as opening the diagnostic form. Clarity also records clicks, scrolls and mouse movement as heatmaps and session replays. Text you type and other sensitive content are masked in your browser before any of it reaches Microsoft. Google and Microsoft set cookies for this purpose. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally and we do not enable advertising features or personalization signals. Campaign parameters (UTM values) from the link you arrived on are kept in your browser’s session storage so a later form submission can be attributed to its source; they are cleared when you close the browser.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs record IP address, request path, timestamp and user agent for security and reliability, and are retained for a limited period by the host.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To respond to a diagnostic request you sent us (performance of a request you initiated).
- To keep the site secure and reliable (legitimate interest).
- To understand which pages and sources bring qualified conversations (legitimate interest, with cookie controls available in your browser).
- To meet legal obligations, including Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and Canada’s PIPEDA.
Who receives it
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Google (analytics and tag management), Microsoft (Clarity behaviour analytics), Vercel (hosting) and the CRM and email systems that receive diagnostic requests. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. Providers may store data outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States; we rely on their contractual and security commitments for those transfers.
How long we keep it
Diagnostic requests are kept for as long as the conversation is active and up to 24 months after the last contact unless a client relationship follows. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months. Clarity session replays are retained by Microsoft for 30 days and aggregate heatmap data for 13 months. Hosting logs are retained by Vercel for its standard period.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent to further contact, or ask how a decision about you was made. Send the request through the diagnostic form or reply to any message you have received from Megawebvision, and we will answer within 30 days. You can control analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Security
Access to diagnostic requests is limited to the people who need it to respond. Credentials for our systems are not stored in this website’s code, and external actions taken by our internal AI operations run under explicit approval gates and audit logs.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the effective date above.
