Last reviewed 2026-09-12. We work to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and we follow the Quebec and Canadian standards that reference it.
What we do
- Every page renders its full content as HTML, so it is readable without JavaScript and by assistive technology.
- Headings, landmarks and a skip link support screen readers and keyboard navigation. All interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard.
- Text and background colours meet contrast requirements for body text, and text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content.
- Animations and scroll effects respect the operating system “reduce motion” setting.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative visuals are hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields have visible labels, clear error messages and no time limits.
Known limitations
Some diagrams on the service pages are drawn in SVG and CSS. They are summarized in the surrounding text, and we continue to improve their descriptions. If a page or element does not work for you, tell us and we will provide the content in another format.

Review
The site is reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA before each significant release, using automated checks and manual keyboard and screen reader testing.
