Effective 2026-11-08. Paid tools are sold by Megawebvision Inc. through Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record.
What you can get back
- The full amount of any payment, first or renewal, when you ask within 14 days of that payment.
- No reason is needed and the refund does not depend on how much you used the tool.
- After 14 days, a payment is not refunded. You can still cancel, and the tool keeps working to the end of the month you paid for.
How to ask
Email timur@megawebvision.com with the email address on your receipt, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. We confirm within 2 business days and Paddle sends the refund to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 10 business days.
How to cancel
Use the cancel link in any Paddle receipt, or email us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. No cancellation fee applies.
Other purchases and your rights
Free tools have nothing to refund. Consulting and growth engagements are governed only by their signed agreement. Your legal rights as a consumer, including under Quebec law, are not reduced by this policy.
