What it fixes
An unsold quote is among the cheapest leads you will ever have, because the buyer already asked for a price. Many are busy, comparing, or waiting for a nudge. We build short follow-up sequences in your CRM for unsold quotes, finished jobs and seasonal reminders, with one clear action per email. We count sold jobs, booked estimates and reviews posted, not opens.
What the research says
- 41%
Automated flows send 5.3% of the email but earn about 41% of email revenue. Set-up sequences outwork one-off blasts.
Klaviyo, Email Benchmarks by Industry (2026) - 2% / 30%
Automated emails were 2% of sends but 30% of email revenue. Each automated email earned about 16 times a scheduled campaign email.
Omnisend, 2026 Ecommerce Marketing Report (2026) - 39.1%
Prompt follow-up after a visit is a top reason homeowners choose a contractor. Quote follow-up sequences answer that.

See it in action
We give about 20 deck quotes a month in Raleigh and maybe a third sign. What should happen with the rest?
A sequence brief: it starts when a quote is sent and stops when the customer signs, books a visit or replies. Four emails go out over three weeks: the quote recap, an answer to the likely price question, a project photo, and a last friendly check-in. All are marked DRAFT, each with one action. The build plan lists the CRM objects, the paused build and the readback. Measure: sold jobs from quotes against last quarter.

How it runs in a larger operation
At scale, follow-up cannot depend on one person's memory. Sequences start and stop from CRM events, with consent checked per contact. A named person approves every send, and sold jobs from each sequence are counted by location.
