What it fixes
Reviews are what a buyer reads before calling, and they feed map results. A business with a handful of good reviews can lose the call to one with many. We set up an ask at the right moment after a finished job, with one reminder and clear stop rules, and we write replies to the reviews waiting for one. We ask every customer, never only the happy ones. We count reviews posted by real customers and the jobs they bring in.

See it in action
We have 38 Google reviews and a competitor in Sacramento has 200. We do about 30 jobs a month. How do we close the gap?
Baseline: your review count, rating and monthly pace, with sources and dates. Flow design: a text on the day the job closes, one reminder three days later, then stop, with your office manager as owner. Drafts: request text, request email, reminder and replies for pending reviews, all marked DRAFT. Target: a monthly review count that fits your ask rate, with a review in 60 days.

How it runs in a larger operation
With many branches, reviews must be earned location by location. A request goes out on job close, and a named owner at each branch handles replies. Leadership sees review pace and rating per location each week, against the sold jobs they support.
- Review request fired by CRM job close
- Reply owner named at every branch
- Pace and rating tracked per location weekly
