All Janitorial Service cleans offices across the San Francisco Peninsula. Its growth depended on recurring commercial contracts, but its paid search sent every click to the same page. Megawebvision built a ten-city office cleaning funnel across 13 routes, rebuilt the Google Ads account around it with city-specific ads and 267 negative terms, and synced every lead into the CRM. Over the year to August 2026 the owner counted 19 qualified recurring office leads, four clearly attributed to Google Ads, including a 10,000 square foot office he described as his best-priced account to date.

Situation
Commercial cleaning is won on recurring contracts, and recurring contracts come from office managers in specific cities searching for a specific service. All Janitorial Service had a Google Business Profile with a 5.0 rating and paid search that was spending money, but every ad landed on the same general page and the account had no structure for the cities it actually served.
The constraint
The constraint was conversion, not demand. Searches were happening. The path from a city-specific search to a quote request did not match the search, and leads that did arrive were not reliably captured in one place.
What was done
The work built the landing experience the searches deserved, then pointed the account at it.
- An office cleaning funnel with ten city routes, published across 13 routes and verified at every breakpoint from 320 to 2,560 pixels.
- Google Ads restructured around the funnel: city-specific responsive search ads, 225 and 42-term negative lists, and calls from ads counted as conversions.
- Website leads synced into the HighLevel CRM with a lead-sync script and a resync of historical website leads.
- A master services agreement and statement of work so a won lead could become a contract without delay.
Readout
In his August 24, 2026 email the owner counted 19 qualified recurring office leads between September 2025 and August 2026, and identified four as clearly attributable to Google Ads. One of them was a 10,000 square foot office account, which he described as his best-priced account to date.
The CRM shows 15 opportunities in the pipeline with one recorded win of 3,450 dollars, and the Google Business Profile carries a 5.0 rating with 870 views. The lead counts above are the owner's own tally, not a CRM-reconciled figure; the September 2026 lead-generation audit records that distinction and the work to close it.
What leadership could decide next
With city pages and attribution in place, the next decision is budget by city: which of the ten routes deserves more spend, answered from the CRM rather than from memory.
A 10,000 square foot office account closed, and it is my best-priced account to date.
