The situation
A national health insurance lead generation company books about 12,000 appointments a month from paid social and search. Megawebvision took over in August 2026. By September, cost per booked appointment was 24 percent below July.

Situation
Paid social and search feed hundreds of booking calendars and a sales floor. At that volume, leadership needs a daily read of what changed and why.
Megawebvision built it: CHIEF Signal, a report that lands before the day starts.
The first test
Two days after the first edition, bookings fell 42 percent while spend fell 14 percent. Spend down a little and bookings down a lot points past the click.
The report flagged a tracking failure the same day, before anyone changed a campaign.
What was done
Measurement first, then the spend it exposed.
- A daily report with a 28-day trailing view, so a one-day spike can't pass for a trend.
- 885 sale-to-lead attribution links repaired and verified.
- 112,422 CRM records reconciled to the ads that produced them.
- Search targeting tightened to the US market.
- A new booking funnel, live September 1.
Result
September booked 12,684 appointments on $439,324 of Meta and Google spend. July booked 12,036 on $545,901.
Cost per booked appointment fell 24 percent, from $45.36 to $34.64. The best day, September 15, booked 670 at $23.51 each.
Booked is not attended. The daily report says so in every edition.
